“TEDCO understands it’s critical to share best practices, strategies and success stories when it comes to supporting entrepreneurship,” said Rob Rosenbaum, president and executive director of TEDCO. “More than 500 people attended last year’s Expo, many of whom made important connections, and in our fourth year, we are creating additional opportunities for startup and early-stage companies to find collaborations with potential investors and mentors. This is a signature event for TEDCO.”
Programming for the event has an emphasis on networking, innovative breakout sessions and nationally-renowned speakers. Additionally, panel discussions and networking sessions will allow entrepreneurs to make connections and meet potential mentors. The agenda includes working sessions with industry experts; fireside chats with inspiring entrepreneurs; roundtable discussion with Maryland’s funding resources and educational sessions to help entrepreneurs choose the best assistive services. Two unique sessions will allow eight startups to demonstrate their technology and 20 startups to speed pitch to angel investors groups.
