Micro-Coax recognizes the importance of time to market with custom-engineered products. We have spent the last 20 years vertically integrating to provide rapid prototypes, improved quality, reduced lead times, maximum reliability and lower costs.

Since our founding over 50 years ago, we have designed, manufactured, and tested our own cable. Over the years, we added the ability to design, machine, electroplate, assemble and test the connectors for our cable assemblies. Most recently we have added the capability to metalize KEVLAR® to produce the ARACON EMI shielding fibers in house.

Another significant challenge for the aviation market is to reduce weight. Utilizing the only composite shielding material based on KEVLAR®, Micro-Coax’s ARACON enables us to manufacture the lightest weight RF coaxial cable and EMI shielding yarns and braid socks. This enables our customers to reduce the overall weight of their system which allows lower flight costs or increased payload capability.
